Please email David Cochran at dcochran@shore.net if you are planning to attend. He will coordinate moorings with Bristol Yacht Club. Please include the following information in your email:

Boat name
Boat length
Captain’s name
Captain’s cell phone number

If you don’t specify, we will assume that you are looking for a mooring on Saturday night, July 18th. If you won’t need a mooring or you would like to stay on the mooring before or after the rendezvous, please include that information.

PLEASE NOTE: The $50.00 per person event fee covers registration and the clam bake only. Mooring costs are $40.00 per boat per night. Each skipper will pay BYC directly.

We will have a clambake dinner Saturday evening following the wine and beer reception sponsored by New England Yacht Partners. Entree options are:

Lobster
Sirloin steak
Chicken
Swordfish

The Bristol Yacht Club will welcome TONE members arriving starting Friday, July 17. The weekend schedule of events is detailed below.

Friday, July 17th

No formal event. Arrive at your leisure and explore Bristol and environs.

Saturday, July 18th

Afternoon Visit boats, visit town, get acquainted with the Bristol Yacht Club facility

5:00 - 6:00 PM Beer and wine at Bristol Yacht Club courtesy of New England Yacht Partners. Brief welcome and introduction to BYC, review of the agenda for the

weekend.

6:00 - 9:00 PM Clam Bake Dinner with Introductory welcome from NEYP sponsors as well as comments from Tim Jackett of Tartan.

Sunday, July 19th

8:00 - 9:30 AM Continental breakfast courtesy of NEYP followed by the TONE Annual Meeting and election of officers.

11:00 AM Race down the Bay - conditions permitting.

and create a sense of fellowship in order to enhance our ownership experiences.
